520 | _aThis proposal questions the changes introduced by work of advisers in the context of professional development advice (CEP) in the support of career paths. We want to question the profession of professional development advisor and more particularly the injunction made to advisors to teach beneficiaries to orient themselves in autonomy (Négroni and Lo, 2017), a goal that oscillates between two poles: that of generating professional development and that of securing the professional paths of beneficiaries through employability. We propose to compare the theoretical framework of the tricks of the trade of Howard Becker (2002) with the professionalization in practice of advisors in professional development. It is a question of deconstructing the modes of accompaniment of the advisers, of understanding what is played out in this social interaction (Dewey, 1916), of identifying recurrences in the modalities of action that would appear in the situation experience and professional activity, to reveal the instrumental and societal stakes that accompaniment shows. | ||
