520 | _aThe concept of global performance is widely questioned in particular due to the difficulties faced in managing it. This is the observation that we make in this article, which is based on intervention research carried out within a local authority. While this organization naturally has the ambition of generating global performance, it nevertheless fails to fully achieve this ambition. We show that the notion of performance is too complex and too dynamic to be understood in its entirety and that it can only be understood from many and varied points of view. | ||
