| 520 | _aThe participatory workshop plays a key role in the development of entrepreneurs and their companies. The new alternative methods it proposes generate collective ideas and thus innovative solutions. We show how, during two workshops, thirty-six entrepreneurs became familiar with a six-step co-design process and managed to absorb the newness to explore new ideas brought by other entrepreneurs. We have identified the specific characteristics of three activities supporting a Dynamic Individual Absorptive Capacity, as well as a fourth one related to the facilitation of a workshop as a space favoring this familiarization. | ||
