This paper traces this convergence and suggests historical and social interactionism as a shared socio-anthropological foundation for such convergence. In so doing, the author considers exchanges, reviews, and cooperation among researchers as an illustration of a collaboration in conflict, aimed at developing a compromise of coexistence in which negotiation and transaction merge. | ||
