520 _aBased on the observation of a profound transformation of the logic of transnational negotiation in certain multinational companies based in Europe, this article analyzes the way in which the agreements that have emerged are likely to reinforce the social thickness of the global company. Backed by company policies, these agreements represent instruments of social regulation of the subsidiaries. Their negotiation is also, and perhaps above all, a joint work of knowledge and a common exploration of the social entity formed by the different subsidiaries of the global company. It thus draws its social map. The article analyzes the scope and limits of this emerging form of transnational company negotiation.
