520 _aThe development of judicial review of constitutionality has undoubtedly led to a growing influence of the rulings of Constitutional Council on the entire judicial system. The signs of this influence are diverse. They might operate preventively, when the texts are being prepared, or a posteriori, in front of ordinary judges. One should admit, though, that the judicial system is not really adapted to this growing influence which is, thus, far from being perfect. Obviously, an evolution of the judicial system is required in order to adapt it to this new source of law.
