520 _aWhen a maternal cancer is diagnosed during pregnancy or during the baby’s first year of life, the trauma of the announcement and the life-death collusion deeply modify the relations between mother and professional and between mother and baby. Three testimonies of young women have been gathered in the framework of semi-directive interviews for an exploratory research project. Several domains are affected by the violence of the encounter between cancer and parentality: the framework of the announcement of the disease, the quality of pluridisciplinary care provided, the caretakers’ emotions, the time of the diagnosis and also the mother/baby interactions.
