It highlights, through two empirical researches in health-care organizations, how relational dynamics are exhausted because of the distance of managers from operational work. It also underlines how quality of working life is inseparable from organizational and managerial conditions favoring the existence of work discussion spaces, which can be spaces where gift’s dynamics that remain inherent at work can be recognized. | ||
