520 _aThe very few articles that focuses on the topic of organizational learning in family businesses approaches it from a particular angle, usually in relation to another concept, without ever looking at the phenomenon as such. In this article, we will pay a particular attention to organizational learning in family businesses. The aims of our work are to analyze the contextual elements that tend to influence the conditions of organizational learning in this type of enterprise as well as the impact of the ambivalent attributes of family businesses (Tagiuri et Davis, 1996) on the learning of the individuals and the organization.
