520 _aSetting up of an extended warning mechanism to the value chain in order to prevent the risk of serious human rights abuses, raises new and complex issues that large companies face, both legally and socially. The objective of this research on responsible purchasing is to analyze the possible coupling of warning devices from two consecutive laws, one relating to the fight against corruption, the other to the duty of care. The result of our interdisciplinary work shows how “La Poste Group” has managed, with agility, to take up the challenge of “Tetranormalization”, placing ethics at the heart of its devices.
