520 _aThe present study describes a correlation analysis that measures the relationship of two variables, studying those reasons that allow a rural woman to be an entrepreneur and how she perceives it in her satisfaction, and on the other hand, it is to determine the influence of the power to make decisions independently on her satisfaction.Rural women entrepreneurs are not obsessed with making their enterprise a source of admiration, since they do it essentially for an economic need and the improvement of their personal and family life. The improvement arises as a result of the power that gives him to make decisions that have allowed them to self-generate an empowerment, vital for the harmonious development of their activities.
