520 _aThe management of human capital opens a new avenue to improve the overall performance of organizations as the approach is multi-stakeholder. The “Solincité” case study offers a very interesting context for analysis for several reasons. First of all, it is the social and medico-social sector, with very specific constraints and operating rules. Then, the case traces the course of an integration of two institutions to become members of a single organization. Finally, an integrative model is suggested, highlighting the inter-human capital links and the risks associated within these dynamics of change in an organizational development approach.
