520 _aThe need to retain employees is particularly strong in the long-term care sector. The results of a study of 404 managers at a private nursing home group confirm the significant impact of employer brand equity (EBE) on perceived organisational support (POS) and the negative impact of POS on the intention to leave. Results also show an indirect effect of CEM on the intention to leave via POS. This research adds to our knowledge of the effects of EBE on the manager’s intention to leave.
