520 _aExploring the link between education and the moral development of the person requires that we take account of the challenges facing humanity. After presenting the principles of Catholic education as integral education and the anthropological foundations of these principles, the author questions the educational nature of contemporary anthropological challenges. The goal is to consider to what extent Catholic education in the service of integral human development can provide an alternative to technological, economic, and technocratic approaches and can help to propose a lifestyle adapted to the postmodern condition.
