Through a study of the cases NLRB v. Health Care, (1994), and St Joseph News Press, (2005) this article shows how the concepts of 'independent contractor' and 'supervisor' are used in labor law to deconstruct the wage relationship and thus create a 'post-industrial society'. | ||
