520 _aThis article aims at analyzing the influence that the obligation to carry out an impact analysis on draft laws has on the parliamentary work since the constitutional review. If the impact analysis does not substantially improve the drafting of legislation conditions, it is a framework enabling the Parliament to yield a more vigilant control over the “government law?making activities”. The reform happens to be in a position to some kind of Parliament’s “comeback” in the legislative process but through a change in his role.
