Moreover, when this registration occurs in a destructuring, or even decivilizing situation, it may be supposed that psychic processes and defence mechanisms are brought into play. The psychic economy then becomes permeable to certain configurations and certain social experiences. How are these modifications thematized and what modifications of the analytic frame have been envisaged to accommodate the suffering of these subjects?
