520 | _aThe EUCLID legal clinic at the University of Paris Nanterre, offers small groups of students the opportunity to work for a year, in the service of an NGO, helping her resolve a specific legal question. This practical module is complemented by a theoretical module on critical legal studies. Originally, the EUCLID clinic focused on a specific area of collaboration between partners and students: the protection of human rights. However, the clinic is experiencing increasing demand for involvement in environmental issues, driven by a dual movement: the rising use of legal recourse by environmentalist associations on one hand, and the growing overlap of human rights and environmental protection concerns on the other hand. | ||
