520 _aManagerial action currently appears structurally impossible: due to an intensified short-term/long-term tension, actors are required to comply with increasingly contradictory objectives. In addition to political action, this evolution of economic life requires us to think about the possible reasons for these contradictions. We show to what extent the dual constitution of people (at once feminine and masculine) makes room for contradictions as well as for overcoming them.
