520 _aThis paper examines the link between psychoanalysis and management. Stealth behaviors (hidden, secret, and fast) are not visible as such at work. Within the framework of a qualitative study, we identify these behaviors, and attribute their key importance in decision-making and action selection. Then, we examine stealth using Jung’s archetype of shadow, opening a path between psychoanalysis and management, rationality and shadow.
