520 _aIllegitimate power games jeopardize the survival of companies. The aim of this article is to comprehend the meaning of this danger and then to propose an organizational learning approach to power games based on the three Rs of spirituality (Recognize, Reflect, and Reincarnate). We carried out an exploratory study based on Husserl’s phenomenological approach within an expanding firm. The interview data were analyzed using Minerva software.
