520 _aThis study looks at the perception of employees with disabilities and managers with regard to the disability policy of a financial group. The qualitative analysis and the interpretivist epistemological positioning of the data clearly confirm a decoupling between discourse and practice with regard to this dimension of diversity that is “disability.” The measurement of this gap, through the eyes of the main stakeholder in the subject (employees with disabilities), allows corrective actions to be taken at the same time as the measure. Employees' suggestions are essential for successful disability management and, by extension, diversity management.
