520 | _aPassion is difficult to grasp and often synonymous with both pleasure and risk. But what about passion at work and in organizations? The concept of passion is of recent interest and remains little explored by researchers: the question of its role in professional choices remains to be studied. This study proposes to analyze how professional activity can enable the fulfilment of passion. We propose here to analyze passion at work and not for work. Our analysis focuses on the equine sector. Based on the qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews with 19 candidates for career change, this research describes and analyzes the different dimensions of passion, and also attempts to understand professional choices that may sometimes seem unreasonable. | ||
