520 | _aThe networked society clearly paves the way for transversal and decentralized powers that gradually challenge the traditional power of domination. The example of a mixed crowd platform (sourcing and funding), which encounters frictions between the company and its communities, but also within the company itself, will shed light on how a hybrid, unstable power operates, in a process of permanent reorganization, as well as questioning its effects in a managerial context. To do this, this paper proposes the following common thread: the individual, the symptom, and the social bond, against the backdrop of new technologies that modify the social connection in the context of soft power and thus highlight informal power. This thesis allows us to weave together a managerial and psychoanalytic approach to power. | ||
