For this, they must constitute/reconstitute sufficient autonomy of thought and narcissistic resources. In this process, school plays a significant role, yet it is often secondary to hospital control. The authors of this paper designed a group setting for supporting them in their psychical work. The task was to help them to “arm themselves” against the risks of desubjectivation related to care.
