520 _aIn this article, we present the therapeutic journey of a psychodrama group composed of five adolescents suffering from serious narcissistic injury and identity problems. The clinical part of the article demonstrates the creation of a space where the youth could speak freely, which for two years was co-directed by two therapists following models of group analysis and of psychodrama. The theoretical and practical framework was conceived with the qualities of the malleable medium in order to be able to receive traces of the early attacks on symbolization, which have remained unthinkable. This analytic plan, supported by the institutional site of the day hospital, permitted the development (from sensations stemming from childhood and experienced in the body, dreams and play), of thought processes which open the way for the adolescents’ taking upon themselves the work of historicizing the traumatic, disorganizing events of their lives.
