520 _aThis reflection is based on an experience of a group writing workshop. The aim is to identify the elements that would make it possible to offer the participants the possibility of opening up a path of personal writing for themselves in the context of a group mediation. As the body image is a group organiser, an activity around body representations should enable the subjects to work on their self-image thanks to the group. The material studied is derived from a workshop run according to classical methods for a writing workshop with the principle of collective games. The group consists of ten psychotic adults who are seriously depressed or suffering from neurological disorders. The demonstration is based on the analysis of two group sessions in which the mediation involved an exercise of writing in relation to a drawing that depicted a body. Three examples show how in the workshop the participants were able to draw support from each other before finally producing an individual piece of writing.
