520 _aThe Group of Institutional Analysis and Research in Applied Psychoanalysis (GAIRPSA) offers training in psychoanalytic group observation and listening for professionals intending to become group analysts (analysis of professional practices, team supervision, institutional regulation, etc.) or simply wishing to lead groups (discussion groups, mediation groups). This is a transversal course regardless of the media used. We are very attentive to the question of linking and that of social relations, as well as the institutional question, whatever the professional’s place in it is. This theoretical and clinical training is based on the psychoanalytical approach to groups. It focuses on the perception and consideration of group effects and phenomena, psychic functioning and the analysis of unconscious processes in groups, specific listening to group polyphony, inter-linking processes and the analytic running of groups (frame, settings, interventions, interpretative function, etc.), as well as the psychopathology of group links.
