First, we describe both the objective and subjective profiles of these workers (measured as level of employability evaluated by the managers of the social enterprises) at the time of their entry in the WISE. We show that there is no unique profile at entry and that it is possible to group the workers into five categories. We then present the links between these groups and the various kinds of work integration enterprises from the point of view of financing. Finally, we describe the variables that influence the improvement in abilities during the stay in the WISE, the length of this stay, and the probability of being in work after leaving the social enterprise. | ||
