520 _aWe will first describe the main characteristics of Serge Moscovici’s analysis model for the behaviors of active minorities and its links with the theory of social representations. We will specify in detail the essential components of his theorization, centered on the cognitive regeneration of minorities (to reach a consistency of behavior, based around a nomos defined by the intellectualization or imagination of a life experience). Then, we link this last specific trait (the need to become an “active minority”) with Moscovici’s own life story, arguing that, in future, we can anchor resilience theory to the theoretical models of social movements and active minorities.
