520 _aIs the Ottawa Charter still relevant? This article reports the use of health promotion strategies to redirect and improve screening of STBIs in Montreal in a Blitz initiative. It describes the problem of access to healthcare that initiated the project and the Blitz initiative of STBI screening in schools, as close as approach to youth and mobilizing actors both inside and outside of the healthcare facility. Tangible results were observed.
