520 _aIn systemic supervision, a self-referential posture implies that each of us takes into account our own world maps. Our genograms as therapists evoke our life history as well as those of our patients. This article describes an experiential systemic supervision workshop. The workshop brings together a therapist, a reflective team, and a supervision group. The therapist presents a clinical situation, the reflective team evokes their metaphors in a staggered process of pure creativity, irrational in nature, which contrasts with the rational mission of the supervision group. The therapist, who has evoked their own genogram before the clinical situation of supervision, is surprised and touched by where they have been transported. The conclusion explores a possible parallel between this reflective practice and certain features of traditional shamanism.
