520 | _aFor several years now, SUD-PTT federation has conducted a campaign against union victimization at La Poste. This campaign can come as a surprise, given the strong unions’ presence at La Poste and the high level of institutionalization of its employment relations system. This article explores the conditions under which La Poste both provides numerous union rights and adopts a discriminatory and repressive policy against the most radical and militant trade unions, including SUD-PTT. It questions whether the employer’s dual strategy reveals an unspoken ambition of redefining employment relations in a context of constant organizational and economic restructuring. | ||
