| 520 | _aLes Orientations régionales de gestion de la faune sauvage et des habitats (ORGFH) constituent une tentative pour mettre en place une gestion durable de la chasse en France. Cette politique territoriale de conservation de la biodiversité élargit le débat à de nouveaux acteurs. Le suivi de leur élaboration dans trois régions révèle d’importantes disparités, mais il témoigne avant tout de la difficulté à construire des chaînes de coopération entre les différentes catégories d’acteurs. Si les résultats des ORGFH ne sont pas spectaculaires, la succession des actions publiques pour la biodiversité affine par agrégation successive les outils et les connaissances nécessaires à ce qui s’apparente à un processus d’écologisation des pratiques. | ||
| 520 | _aThe regional guidelines for the management of wildlife and its habitats (ORGFH) represent an attempt to think about the ways of a sustainable hunting in France. New actors are involved in this policy of conservation of biodiversity embedded in territory. This study of the way in which the ORGFH were drawn up in three regions reveals considerable disparities and highlights the difficulties that arise from attempting to create chains of co-operation between the various categories of actors connected with wildlife. Although the outlines of ORGFH have not been materialized, the cumulative effect of a series of public policies on biodiversity is gradually refining the available tools and knowledge essential to what looks like a process of ecologisation. | ||
