520			_aDans l’aviation civile et commerciale, le travail du personnel navigant commercial (hôtesses de l’airs, stewards, chefs de cabine) comporte une charge importante de sûreté-sécurité. L’article montre la construction indispensable d’un système socioprofessionnel de prévention, de formation et de gestion des risques, par l’articulation de trois composantes principales – de nombreuses règles à respecter, une formation initiale et continue importante, une forte standardisation des tâches –, le tout dans un travail collectif impliquant des relations de coopération au sein de l’équipage. Par leurs apprentissages, au cours des formations et des situations de travail, les PNC développent des compétences et une culture de prévention et de gestion du risque spécifiques.
520			_aIn civil and commercial aviation, the work of commercial airline workers (stewards, pursers, cabin directors) is composed of many elements related to safety and security. This article shows the indispensable construction of a socio-professional system of prevention, of training and of risk management through the articulation of three main components – many rules to be respected, important initial and continuous training, strong standardisation of tasks – in the context of a collective work and relations of cooperation, within the crew. Through learning in training and work situations, the crew develops competencies and a professional culture of prevention and of risk management.
