L’ouverture d’un nouveau service en septembre, avec peu de moyens humains supplémentaires, est venue bousculer un quotidien déjà bien rempli, remettant en question le sens de notre travail. À travers cet écrit, nous nous interrogeons et nous inquiétons de notre avenir et de celui des résidents avant tout. Que pourrons-nous continuer à leur proposer, dans le respect de leur dignité et de notre éthique professionnelle ?
