520			_aLa ville de Toulouse, forte d’un nombre conséquent de structures centres sociaux et espaces de vie sociale, constitue un territoire où se jouent des enjeux importants pour les habitants. Il est donc apparu nécessaire de proposer un schéma décliné localement où la caisse d’allocations familiales de la Haute Garonne et la mairie de Toulouse définissent des orientations politiques communes.Ainsi, les orientations prises dans ce Schéma toulousain de l’animation de la vie sociale 2019-2022 mettent en avant le développement d’une offre pertinente et concertée de l’animation de la vie sociale dans les différents quartiers de la ville tout en favorisant la coordination des acteurs associatifs et institutionnels.
520			_aThe city of Toulouse, with its large number of social centers and spaces of social life, is an arena where issues important to residents are played out. It therefore became necessary to introduce a locally adapted plan in which the Caisse d’allocations familiales (Family Allocations Office) of Haute-Garonne and Toulouse City Council defined common policy guidelines. The guidelines set out in the Toulouse Plan for the Promotion of Social Life 2019/2022 foreground the development of a relevant and unified approach to the promotion of social life across the various neighborhoods of the city, while also encouraging the collaboration of associations and institutions.
