| 520 | _aFaced with the rapid growth of complexity and the dynamic, even at very short time scales, of digital infrastructures, digital intelligence will bring critical tools for their modelling, design, planning, monitoring, analysis and exploitation, with the dynamic creation and demand of new services and applications, and therefore for the overall management of the operation of these infrastructures. The availability of such tools represents a “game changer” in the evolution of infrastructures and services they make possible. In this sense, they also represent a key element of sovereignty and a vector to promote a strong positioning of France in the extremely competitive context we live. AI will therefore play a key role in regulation, innovation and competition in digital infrastructures, the potential for development of national economies and societies depends more than ever on these. | ||
| 520 | _aFace à la forte croissance de la complexité et à la dynamique, même à des échelles de temps très courtes, des infrastructures du numérique, l’intelligence numérique va apporter des outils critiques pour leur modélisation, leur conception, leur planification, leur surveillance, leur analyse, et leur exploitation, avec la création dynamique et à la demande de nouveaux services et applications, et donc pour le pilotage global du fonctionnement de ces infrastructures. La disponibilité de tels outils représente un “game changer” dans l’évolution des infrastructures et des services qu’ils rendent possibles. En ce sens, ils représentent aussi un élément clé de la souveraineté et un vecteur pour favoriser un positionnement fort de la France dans le contexte extrêmement concurrentiel que nous vivons.
