520			_aRésuméLa présence de jumeaux dans un groupe thérapeutique n’est pas évidente d’emblée. D’une part, ils font bloc, ce qui les rend plus difficiles d’accès et les amène à se relancer fréquemment dans leurs difficultés mutuelles. D’autre part, ils créent un sous-groupe éloignant ainsi les autres enfants du groupe. Progressivement, grâce à l’accompagnement des thérapeutes et aux médiations proposées par le groupe, les jumeaux peuvent prendre conscience du lien qui les unit, faire l’expérience de leur propre individualité et commencer à s’engager, notamment par l’intermédiaire du jeu, dans l’élaboration de la séparation et de l’individuation entre eux, et avec leur mère.
520			_aTherapeutic evolution of twins in a group is overall similar to the evolution of singletons but more complex. The complexity is related to the presence of the two twins together in the group, which strengthen their difficulties, make them difficult of access and keep the other children of the group out. Little by little, thanks to the help of the therapist, the twins will become aware of their link and redefine their relationship to individualise and separate themselves from each other and from their mother.
