520			_aCet article traite du conflit de loyauté dans une double approche, celle de la réalité manifeste objectivable à travers les conduites, les discours, et celle, latente, à travers les enjeux psychiques implicites aux comportements et aux discours. Il met en évidence que le conflit de loyauté est inhérent à la vie tout comme le conflit psychique dont Freud fait une notion centrale dans la théorie des névroses. L’articulation de la clinique et du judiciaire dans leur dimension symbolique permet de traiter les conflits de loyauté et les conflits psychiques. Le propos est illustré par des cas cliniques.
520			_aThis article deals with conflicts of loyalties on two sides. One is the manifest reality which is objectifiable through acting ways and speeches. The other is the latent one through the implicit psychic issues. This article shows that the conflict of loyalty is as inherent to life as the psychic conflict – which is a central notion in the theory of neurosis by Freud. Clinical and judicial structures in their symbolic dimensions permit to treat conflicts of loyalties and psychic conflicts. The article is illustrated by clinical cases.
