520			_aRésuméPolitiques et pratiques soucieuses d’environnement, ainsi que de la place des êtres vivants dans la ville, se développent simultanément. L’amélioration des procédures de participation, de concertation et même d’information du public exige l’approfondissement des réflexions sur le rôle de l’habitant dans la production des milieux urbains. Ces analyses rejoignent celles qui se développent aujourd’hui autour des régions et des territoires urbains. Nos travaux interdisciplinaires (sciences de la société/sciences de la nature) sur la place de l’habitant (animal, végétal et humain) dans la ville vont dans ce sens.

A thorough examination of the role of the inhabitants in the construction of their urban environment must be made in order to improve the procedures concerning their participation, consultation and information. These analyses supplement those developed today on regions and urban territories. Our interdisciplinary studies (in social and natural sciences) also focus on the place of the inhabitant (animal, vegetal or human) in the city.

Eine gründliche Reflektion über die Rolle der Bewohner in der Konstruktion ihrer städtlichen Umwelt muss geführt werden, um die Massnahmen bezüglich ihrer Teilnahme, Konsultation und Information zu verbessern. Diese Überlegungen ergänzen diejenigen, die heute über die Regionen und städliche Territorien entwickelt werden. Unsere interdisciplinäre Studien (in Sozial- und Naturwissenschaften) befassen sich auch mit dem Platz der Bewohner (Tiere, Pflanzen oder Menschen) in der Stadt verfolgen dieses Ziel.
