520			_aRésuméAujourd’hui plus que jamais au centre du débat social et politique, la construction territoriale fait appel à des réseaux politiques locaux – maires, conseillers territoriaux – mais aussi à une variété de réseaux extra-locaux – producteurs, détenteurs des savoir-faire. En cela, le territoire transgresse volontiers les frontières naturelles et historiques des vallées qui le constituent comme le montre une enquête sur le territoire I Tré Valli qui regroupe trois vallées du sud-ouest de la Corse – étudiées par un groupe composé d’acteurs du territoire et de chercheurs (anthropologues et sociologues) pour en valoriser les savoir-faire productifs.L’article montre comment le comité s’est emparé de l’enjeu du développement économique et humain dans lequel les pratiques productives et celles de la démocratie sont amenées à se renouveler.
520			_aMore than ever before, the question of the construction of a territorial unity is today at the heart of political and social debate. It is a process which mobilises both the various cadres of local politics – mayors, regional councillors – and also a number of networks which go beyond the local dimension : in particular the producers and holders of various modes of knowledge. The concept of territory is therefore not something which is bound up within the natural and historical confines of the valleys through which it was constituted. This is evident from the survey carried out in the territory of I Tré Valli, comprising three valleys in south-west Corsica, and which has been studied by a group bringing together people active in the daily life of the territory and researchers (sociologists and anthropologists). The aim of the group has been to promote and foster productive capacities within the territory.The article shows how the group appropriated the question of economic and human development, addressed from a perspective within which the question of productive practices and of local democracy needs to be renewed.
520			_aZusammenfassungHeute wird in der gesellschaftlichen und politischen Debatte über die Bedeutung bestimmter Gebiete mehr denn je die Existenz lokaler (Bürgermeister, Berater) und über das Lokale hinaus gehender politischer Netzwerke (Produzenten, traditionelle Handwerksbetriebe) betont. Die von Einheimischen Akteuren und Wissenschaftlern durchgeführte Studie über das I Tré Valli, das drei Täler im Südwesten Korsikas umfasst, untersucht genau diesen Aspekt der freiwilligen Überschreitung natürlicher und historischer Grenzen. Im Vordergrund der Studie steht dabei die Frage nach dem Wert vorhandener Produktionskapazitäten. Der Artikel verdeutlicht dabei in welcher Art und Weise die Beteiligten sich dem Thema Wirtschaftliche und menschliche Entwicklung angenommen haben und inwiefern sich in diesem Zusammenhang bestimmte Produktionspraktiken und das Demokratieverständnis verändert haben.
