The case of transport services in urban communitiesThis article deals with the creation of public decisions trough the participative mechanisms introduced in the conception of public plans, within the public transport services of local authorities. Regarding the implementation of the new public management theories, the multiform participation of actors influences the development of plans concerning the structuring of inter-municipal territories. An exploratory and interpretative survey based on semi-directive interviews with managers of local authorities’ transport services makes possible the comprehension of the inhabitants‘ role in the local public decision making process. | ||
