| 520 | _aL’achat de matériel handicap, rarement souhaité, est généralement à customiser. Or, cette pratique, considérée par beaucoup de chercheurs comme positive pour les clients, les entreprises voire plus globalement, pour l’environnement, est ici questionnée. Notre recherche propose ainsi d’analyser les impacts de la customisation de produits de handicap sous le prisme de la durabilité et de l’éthique. Une étude qualitative menée auprès de personnes handicapées a permis de souligner le fait que la customisation de produits de handicap ne semble pas en lien avec une logique éthique et de durabilité, remettant ainsi en question un certain nombre de recherches. Du point de vue des praticiens, il semble important de mieux conjuguer l’intérêt du client handicapé et les valeurs éthico-écologiques des produits, avec l’intérêt commercial. | ||
| 520 | _aRarely desired, the purchase of equipment for disabled people has generally to be customized. However, considered by many researchers as positive for customers, companies and for the environment, this practice is questioned here. Our research aims to analyze the impacts of product’s customization for the disabled people under the prism of sustainability and ethics. A qualitative study led with disabled people help to highlight the fact that the customization of products does not seem to be linked to an ethical and sustainability logic, thus reassessing much research. From a managerial standpoint, it seems important to combine better the interest of the disabled customers and the ethical-ecological values of the products, with the commercial interest. | ||
