Our psychological care unit for parents and infants (UPP) operates within the maternity unit of the Saint-Denis hospital and provides specialized assessments and care. Two clinical cases detail the specific challenges encountered. The elaboration of a living narrative is a tool for health care workers, parents, and babies to help prevent psychological trauma.
