Que peuvent nous dire les modalités de la participation des acteurs aux dynamiques de développement territorial ? Pour répondre à ces questions, le présent article propose une analyse temporelle et muti-critères de la participation d’acteurs au processus d’élaboration du Projet Alimentaire Territorial du Grand Clermont et du Parc Naturel Régional Livradois Forez, pris comme instrument d’action publique territoriale en matière d’agriculture et d’alimentation. Les résultats soulignent l’importance du cadre mis en place par les maîtres d’ouvrage, l’évolution des modalités de la participation au fil du temps, ainsi que la diversité des acteurs participants et la dynamique de cette diversité. Ces résultats mettent en lumière les apports de l’analyse temporelle et multi-critères de la participation, à la fois en termes de développement territorial à l’œuvre et de liens à la notion d’innovation sociale.
520			_aThe participation of stakeholders in public mechanism of territorial development is an important issue. In order to shed some light on this, the present article proposes a temporal and multi-criteria analysis of the participation in the process of elaboration of the Territorial Food Project of Grand Clermont and the Livradois Forez Regional Natural Park, taken as an instrument of territorial public action in the field of agriculture and food. The results underline the importance of the framework set up by the project owners, the evolution of the modalities of participation over time, as well as the diversity of the participating stakeholders and the dynamics of this diversity. These results highlight the contributions of the temporal and multi-criteria analysis of participation, both in terms of the territorial development at work and the links to the notion of social innovation.
