520			_aLa question du consentement sexuel des jeunes femmes est considérée sur le fond socio-techno-culturel contemporain pour en dégager la normativité implicite. Un cas clinique permet de revisiter toute l’importance, dans ce contexte, de l’implication contrôlée du gestalt-thérapeute pour accompagner la construction de l’individualité des jeunes patientes. Il permet d’illustrer l’intérêt d’oser faire rupture dans la relation thérapeutique avec la normativité implicite des groupes sociaux de référence du patient.

Through a case study within this context, we re-examine the great importance of a Gestalt therapist’s measured involvement while working with young people on the development of their individuality.Furthermore, via the therapeutic relationship, we examine how daring to break away from the « implied normality » of a patient’s social reference group(s) is of utmost interest.
