520 _aElements of psychic life and the cultural identity of each individual are lodged in the exchanges within a group and between individuals. The experiences of Jean Claude Rouchy, dating back to the 1970’s, and his fellow travellers, allow us to understand the presence of intercultural issues. From this work, I propose to work on the concept of the incorporated cultural object, an element that throws considerable light on somatic manifestations and acts within the dynamics of a group. In my local community practice in sector psychiatry with chronic psychotics, a team sometimes goes through complex and harmonious moments. How, across the generations, can the differences and tensions become enriching and precious objects of work? It is a matter of thinking about a setting and of analyzing the inter/transcultural dimensions within the team.
