520 _aContrary to conventional wisdom, specialized educators use many graphic supports in the context of their professional practice. These minor written documents support the communication that is necessary for team work in the context of daily institutional life, and contribute at the same time to the creation of institutional daily life, thereby favouring a reflexivity and a genetics of acting which is characterized by the implementation of an authentic indigenous politics, a governmentality of oneself and of others produced through team work. The singularity of the social micro-linking that makes up this daily life justifies studying its minor and ordinary writings which are little known, difficult to access and often awkward to read.
