520			_aDans cet article, les auteurs engagent une réflexion autour des notions de vieillissement, de prévention et d’inadaptation de l’habitat. L’évolution démographique de notre société associée à une transition épidémiologique dite de maladies aiguës en états chroniques invalidants, les engage à réfléchir à l’intérêt de stratégies préventives dans le domaine de l’adaptation de l’habitat. Ils présentent ensuite le programme SADEER (Soutien à Domicile et Ergothérapie), s’attachent à en faire découvrir l’originalité et les résultats. L’étude avait pour objectif d’évaluer l’impact de l’intervention au domicile des ergothérapeutes dans la cadre de la prévention des désadaptations habitat-habitant. Les résultats positifs de ces travaux engagent les auteurs à poser en conclusion l’enjeu des politiques publiques dans le domaine de la prévention des risques domiciliaires et à décrire les pistes de travail ouvertes à l’issue de ce projet tant par REUNICA que par les Fédérations Agirc-Arrco.
520			_aOLDER PEOPLE AND HOUSING ADJUSTMENTS : PRESENTATION, RESULTS AND PROSPECTS OF THE SADEER PROJECT AND STUDY The article reflects on the notion of ageing, prevention and ill-adapted housing. The demographic changes in our society associated with a so-called epidemiological transition from acute sickness to a state of chronic invalidity, call for reflection on the importance of preventive strategies in the field of housing adaptation. The article goes on to present the SADEER programme (Support in the home and Ergotherapy), seeking to reveal its originality and its results. The SADEER study aims at assessing the impact of ergotherapists intervening in the home within the framework of habitat-capita mismatch. The ensuing positive results commit the authors to highlighting the importance of public policies in the field of risk prevention within the home and to describe new avenues of work opened, both by REUNICA and the AGIRC-ARRCO Federations, as a result of the project.
